EM2210

EM2210 non-contact thickness gauge measures thickness of steel pipes, flat steel, rods and other steel constructions, together with constructions made of aluminium and other metals. Measurements can be taken without usage of couplant, without advance surface preparation and across the operating gap between the transducer and the test object of up to 3 mm. Rust film, salt deposits or any other insulating coat (paint, varnish, enamel, plastic etc.) can serve as an operating gap.

EM1410

EM1401 non-contact thickness gauge measures thickness of steel pipes, tanks, flat steel and other steel constructions, together with constructions made of aluminium and other metals. Measurements can be taken without usage of couplant, without advance surface preparation and across the operating gap between the transducer and the test object of up to 6 mm. Rust film, salt deposits or any other insulating coat (paint, varnish, enamel, plastic etc.) can serve as an operating gap.

EM1301

EM1301 thickness gauge measures thickness of steel pipes, flat steel, rods and other steel constructions, together with constructions made of aluminium and other metals. Measurements can be taken without usage of couplant, without advance surface preparation and across the operating gap between the transducer and the test object of up to 3 mm. Rust film, salt deposits or any other insulating coat (paint, varnish, enamel, plastic etc.) can serve as an operating gap. The EM1301 has higher level of signal-to-noise ratio than the EM2210, therefore reliability of operation across the wide operating gaps increases.

EM1370

ED1370 non-contact electrodynamic thickness gauge measures thickness of steel pipes and flat steel across the wide operating gap between the transducer and the test object of up to 15 mm. In addition, the ED1370 measures thickness of insulating coats (varnish, plastic, rust, salt deposits etc.) of the metal objects. The device uses eddy current method, namely calculates equivalent resistance of metal under the transducer and converts resistance to thickness. The method is not sensitive to the quality of the test object surface, so the ED1370 can control thickness of the severe corroded test objects directly through the insulation and rust without advance surface preparation.

EM3001

EM3001 adapter allows users to connect electromagnetic-acoustic transducers to ultrasonic flaw detectors instead of piezoelectric converters. Owing to the EM3001, functions of ultrasonic flaw detectors extend, during ultrasonic testing in combination with non-contact electromagnetic-acoustic transducers measurements can be taken without usage of couplant and without advance surface preparation.

EMT2705

EMT2705 active electromagnetic-acoustic transducer can be connected to any traditional ultrasonic flaw detector instead of the standard piezoelectric transducer and makes it possible to measure thickness of metal objects, search for exfoliations and other flaws without advance surface preparation and usage of couplant. The EMT2705 powered by 9-volt battery can continuously operate 20 hours on a single battery charge. The EMT2705 switches on and off automatically depending on the presence of probe pulses to save the energy when standing idle.

EM2020

The EM2020 is an embedded electromagnetic acoustic module with a transducer and software. This system uses electromagnetic acoustic transduction for thickness measurement and flaw detection of steel plates, steel pipes, and objects made of aluminium and other metals.
Complete with the EM2020 we supply one of the following electromagnetic acoustic transducers (EMAT): EMAT with direct input of acoustic wave, EMAT with inclined input of acoustic wave, EMAT for generation and receive of Rayleigh surface waves, EMAT for head wave generation, EMAT for generation and receive of regular acoustic waves (Lamb waves).
